Copyright & DMCA

Last updated 8 August 2026

If material shown on HTML5 Games infringes your copyright, email vpesports@yahoo.com. We can remove the catalogue page or embed while the external network or studio handles removal from its own systems.

What a complete notice must include

  • Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved.
  • The exact URL on this site and enough detail to identify the material you want removed.
  • Your name, organisation if applicable, email address and another reasonable way to contact you.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Response and removal timetable

We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two business days and complete our initial review within five business days. When the claim is facially valid, we disable the affected page or embed promptly, normally within those five business days, and forward the notice to the supplying network when appropriate. Missing information pauses this timetable until the notice is complete.

Counter-notice

If material you supplied was removed by mistake, email the same address with the removed URL, your contact details, a signed explanation of why removal was an error, and any statements required by the law that applies to you. We may share the counter-notice with the claimant and restore material only when legally appropriate.

Misrepresentation

Do not knowingly make a false infringement or counter-notice. A false claim can cause harm and may create legal liability.
