Worth trying first

A game will not start. Press Reload under the game. Most failures are a single bad request and clear on the second attempt. If the game still refuses after a couple of tries, it is almost certainly down on the studio’s side — that is out of our hands, though it is still worth telling us so we can check whether it is gone for good.

A game runs badly. Try full screen, and close other heavy tabs. Browser games share the machine with everything else you have open.

The game is in the wrong language. Games carry their own language settings, which we cannot change from outside.

Worth telling us about

• A game that has been dead for days.
• A description that does not match the game.
• A game in the wrong category.
• Anything on the site that is broken, unreadable, or impossible to use on a phone.
• Content you believe should not be published at all.

Copyright complaints go to the same address, but they need particular details before we can act on them. Copyright & DMCA lists exactly what to include — a notice with those details gets the page down without waiting for a legal argument.
